摘要：大量分布式电源出力随机波动性会威胁配电网经济安全运行,因此提出一种考虑通道因素的变压器增容和分布式电源配电网协调规划方法.根据分布式电源的运行特点采用模糊变量表示分布式电源出力并建立其隶属函数以反映输出功率的不确定性;引入分布式发电渗透率和供电半径等约束条件,以期望网损、设备固定费用及其运行成本等为目标,建立包含多种控制手段的含分布式电源配电网上下层协调规划模型;最后,对上下层控制变量进行染色体混合编码,构建双层优化遗传求解算法.由仿真结果验证所提方法在提升配电网经济性与可靠性的有效性.
Abstract：Therandomfluctuationofthedistributedgenerationwillthreatentheeconomyandsafetyofdistributionnet-work.Therefore,thispaperproposesacoordinatedplanningmethodoftransformercapacityexpansionanddistributedgen-erationforthedistributionnetworkconsideringchannelfactor.Firstly,accordingtotheoperationcharacteristicsofdistrib-utedgeneration,fuzzyvariablesareusedtorepresenttheoutputpowerofdistributedgeneration,anditsmembershipfunc-tionisestablishedtoreflecttheuncertaintyofoutputpower.Secondly,constraintssuchasdistributedgenerationpermea-bilityandpowersupplyradiusareintroduced.Basedontheobjectivefunctionoffuzzyexpectednetworkloss,fixedequip-mentinvestmentcostandoperatingcost,adouble-layercoordinatedplanningmodelofdistributedgenerationwithmultiplecontrolmeansisestablished.Finally,thecontrolvariablesoftheupperandlowerlevelsarecodedwithchromosomes,andabi-leveloptimizationgeneticalgorithmisconstructed.Thesimulationresultsshowthattheproposedmethodiseffectiveinimprovingtheeconomicbenefitsandpowersupplyreliabilityofdistributionnetwork.
