摘要：水煤浆气化炉作为煤炭清洁利用关键技术设备,需长期承受高温高压,因此对炉衬的结构要求极其苛刻,必须严格按照设计形状进行砖型布置分割.砖型分割所产生的缝隙不仅要考虑错缝砌筑,而且要满足热膨胀要求,确保设备在高温高压环境下运行的安全性.基于此,介绍了水煤浆气化炉炉衬结构及其各部位砖型的设计方法,以便相关人员更好地了解水煤浆气化炉的炉衬结构与砖型设计.
Abstract：Asakeytechnologyequipmentforcleanutilizationofcoal,thecoalwaterslurrygasifierneedstowithstandhightemperatureandhighpressureforalongtime.Therefore,thestructuralrequirementsforthefurnaceliningareextremelystrict,anditisnecessarytostrictlyfollowthedesignshapeforbricklayoutandsegmentation.Thegapsgeneratedbythebrickdivisionnotonlyneedtoconsiderstaggeredmasonry,butalsoneedtomeettherequirementsofthermalexpansiontoensurethesafetyofequipmentoperationinhightemperatureandhighpressureenvironments.Basedonthis,theliningstructureandthedesignmethodsforbricktypesinvariouspartsofthecoalwaterslurrygasifierareintroduced,sothatrelevantpersonnelcanbetterunderstandtheliningstructureandbrickdesignofthecoalwaterslurrygasifier.
