摘要：深圳某地铁共建管廊项目采用土压平衡盾构施工,在施工掘进过程中,连续出现出渣量超挖、超排,刀盘"结泥饼",刀盘转矩异常增大,掘进速度降低,总推力异常增大,螺旋机出渣口有喷涌,地面沉降大,掘进效率低等情况,对施工过程进行总结分析,根据盾构在块状强风化、中风化砂岩地层施工掘进中遇到的问题提出应对措施.
Abstract：Ametroco-constructiontunnelprojectinShenzhenadoptsearthpressurebalanceshieldforconstruction.Intheprocessofconstructionandexcavation,therearecon-tinuousoccurrencesofsituations,suchasover-breakingandover-dischargeofdregs,mudcakeonthecutterheadabnormalin-creaseinthecutterheadtorquedecreaseintheexcavationspeed,abnormalincreaseinthetotalthrust,gushingatthedregout-letofthescrewconveyor,largegroundset-tlementandlowexcavationefficiency.Theconstructionprocessissummarizedandanalyzed,andcountermeasuresarepro-posedaccordingtotheproblemsencoun-teredintheconstructionandexcavationofshieldinblockystrongly-weatheredandmoderately-weatheredsandstonestrata.
