摘要：生态环境成为吸引高端资源的必要竞争优势,是全球城市排名的重要方面.文章综述典型全球城市评价中的生态环境指标,将其分为综合和单项两类,并从评价机构、评价方法、评价指标等分析生态环境指标及评价的特征,指出存在问题,为提升评价质量,提升评价的科学性和公平性,提出加强对全球城市排名的跟踪分析、加强与评价机构沟通合作以及自主开发评价体系等措施,以期为中国城市对标提高全球城市排名、提升国际地位和竞争力提供一些启示.
Abstract：Ecologicalenvironmenthasbecomeanecessarycompetitiveadvantagetoattracthigh-endresourcesandanimportantas-pectofglobalcityranking.Atpresent,China'scitiesactivelyparticipateinthecompetitionofglobalcity,andtheconstructionofurbanecologicalenvironmentmatchingwithglobalcitiesisitsinternalneedandinevitabletrend.Thispaperreviewedtheeco-environmentalindicatorsintypicalglobalcityevaluations,whichhavebeendividedintotwocategories:comprehensiveandsingle.Thestudyanalyzedthecharacteristicsofeco-environmentalindicatorsandevaluationfromevaluationinstitutions,evaluationmethods,evaluationindicators,etc.,andpointedoutproblems.Toimprovethequalityofevaluationandenhancethescientificityandfairnessofevaluation,thepaperproposedmeasuressuchasstrengthenthetrackinganalysisofglobalcityranking,strengtheningcommunicationwithexistingevaluationinstitutions,anddevelopingevaluationsystems,inordertoprovidesomeinspirationforbenchmarktoimprovetherankingofglobalcityandenhanceinternationalstatusandcompetitivenessofChinesecities.
