摘要：水质移动监测实验室具有监测指标多、移动性强、可现场快速检测等特点,在应对突发水污染事件中发挥重要的作用.从"人、机、料、法、环"五方面(4M1E)提出水质移动监测实验室的管理对策,包括提升专业人员的胜任力和完善队伍体系、保障仪器设备的稳定性和可靠性、规范样品采集和处理过程,全流程式管理试剂耗材、建立标准化监测流程,选择合理的分析方法、做好监测环境的监控,污染废弃物的处置等措施,来保障水质监测数据的科学性、准确性和可追溯性,在应对突发水污染事件时,及时掌握污染物的种类、污染程度、水质现状和变化趋势,为决策部门提供科学的依据.
Abstract：Thewaterqualitymobilemonitoringlaboratoryhasthecharacteristicsofmultiplemonitoringindicators,strongmobility,andcanbequicklydetectedonsite,playinganimportantroleinrespondingtosuddenwaterpollutionincidents.Thispaperproposesmanagementstrategiesforwaterqualitymobilemonitoringlaboratoriesfromthefiveaspectsof"human,machine,material,method,andenvironment"(4M1E),includingenhancingthecompetenceofprofessionalpersonnelandimprovingtheteamsystem,ensuringthestabil-ityandreliabilityofinstrumentsandequipment,standardizingsamplecollectionandprocessingprocesses,managingreagentconsumablesthroughfullflowprocedures,establishingstandardizedmonitoringprocesses,selectingreasonableanalysismethods,andmonitoringthemonitoringenvironment.Measuressuchasthedisposalofpollutedwastearetakentoensurethescientific,accurate,andtraceablenatureofwaterqualitymonitoringdata.Whenrespondingtosuddenwaterpollutionincidents,themethodcouldtimelygraspthetypes,degree,currentstatus,andchangingtrendsofpollutants,providingscientificbasisfordecision-makingdepartments.
