摘要：历史文化遗产作为灾害系统中的一类承灾体,也会面临环境突变带来的破坏风险.在明确历史文化遗产灾害风险特征及内涵的基础上,首先以致灾因子、承灾体、孕灾环境、减灾措施为依据,以经典PSR模型为基础,通过引入驱动力、投入和产出3个维度,探索性地提出历史文化遗产的灾害综合风险评估指标体系,并应用层次分析法对指标体系中各项指标的相对权重进行确定;然后运用基于风险标准的多层级模糊综合评价方法对历史文化遗产的灾害综合风险进行评估;最后将所提方法应用于桂林靖江王府历史文化遗产的灾害综合风险评估,从而验证了所提方法的可行性.
Abstract：Historicalandculturalheritage,asacategoryofdisaster-bearingorganismsinthedisastersystem,isalsoexposedtoriskofdamagecausedbysuddenenvironmentalchanges.Firstly,basedonclarifyingthecharacteristicsandconnotationsofdisasterriskforhistoricalandculturalheritage,thispaperproposesacomprehensivedisasterriskevaluationsystembasedondisasterfactors,disaster-bearingbody,disaster-conceivingenvironment,anddisasterreductionmeasures.Thisstudyintroducesthreedimensions,i.e.,drivers,inputs,andoutputs,anddeterminestherelativeweightsoftheindexesusingtheanalytichierarchyprocess(AHP).Subsequently,amultilevelfuzzyinte-gratedevaluationmethodbasedonriskcriteriaisappliedtoevaluatethecomprehensivedisasterriskofhistoricalandculturalheritage.Finally,theproposedmethodisappliedtothedisasterriskassessmentofthehistoricalandculturalheritageofJingjiangKing'sMansioninGuilin,demonstratingthefeasibilityoftheproposedmethod.
