摘要：在加工螺旋槽丝锥容屑槽时,调整参数对螺旋槽加工精度有很大影响,采用精确计算方法需要控制超越方程,解法较为繁琐.本文提出一种调整参数的迭代算法,利用计算机迭代计算,经实验验证,在螺旋槽丝锥容屑槽磨削中结果可靠.
Abstract：Whenmachiningthechipcontaininggrooveofaspiralgroovetap,adjustingparametershasasignificantimpactonthemachiningaccuracyofthespiralgroove.Theuseofprecisecalculationmethodsrequirescontrollingthetran-scendentalequation,andthesolutionisrelativelycumbersome.Aniterativealgorithmforadjustingparametersisproposed,whichusescomputeriterativecalculation.Afterexperimentalverification,theresultsarereliableinthegrindingofthechipcontaininggrooveofaspiralgroovetap.
