摘要：为抑制岸电系统中并网时由于岸船两侧电压幅值、频率差引起逆功率现象,以及防止故障时由于电压跌落导致的船舶脱网,文章提出基于岸电系统的运行特点的逆功率保护控制策略与故障控制策略.通过分析不同逆功率现象产生的原因,结合岸电系统的预同步控制与下垂控制策略,调整岸侧变频电源幅值、频率,以完成对逆功率的快速抑制;根据故障时的电压跌落程度,调整岸侧变频电源中电流内环控制的电流参考值,增加岸侧输出的无功功率,以支撑合闸点电压恢复,快速恢复对船侧负荷的供电.通过Simulink平台搭建岸电系统进行仿真,仿真结果表明了上述两种故障控制策略的正确性,能够有效地抑制合闸时的逆功率现象以及故障后快速恢复对船侧负荷的供电,实现岸电系统的稳定、安全运行.
Abstract：Tosuppressthereversepowerphenomenoncausedbythevoltageamplitudeandfrequencydifferencebetweenthetwosideswhentheshipisconnectedtotheshorepowersystem,andtopreventtheshipfromoff-gridduetothevoltagedropduringthefault,areversepowerandfaultcontrolstrategybasedontheoperatingcharacteristicsoftheshorepowersystemareproposedinthispaper.Byanalyzingthecausesofdifferentreversepowerphenomena,combinedwiththepre-synchronizationcontrolanddroopcontrolstrategy,theamplitudeandfrequencyofthevariablefrequencypowersupplyareadjustedtocompletetherapidsuppressionofreversepower;accordingtothedegreeofvoltagedropduringfault,thecur-rentreferencevalueofthecurrentinner-loopcontrolinthevariablefrequencypowersupplyisadjusted,andthereactivepoweroutputisincreasedtosupportthevoltagerecoveryoftheclosingpointandquicklyrestorepowersupplytoshiploads.TheshorepowersystemisbuiltthroughtheSIMULINKplatformforsimulation.Andtheresultsshowthecorrectnessoftheabovetwofaultcontrolstrategies,whichcaneffectivelysuppressthereversepowerphenomenonatthetimeofclosingandquicklyrestorepowersupplytoshiploadsafterthefaulttoachievethestableandsafeoperationofshorepowersystem.
