摘要:该文以双有源全桥(DAB)DC-DC变换器为主要研究对象,针对传统比例积分控制动态响应慢及采用既有预测控制对量测噪声和参数敏感的缺陷,提出一种基于无电流传感器模型预测控制(CS-MPC)策略.首先构建双有源全桥DC-DC变换器的预测模型,分别针对变换器启动阶段与暂态过程提出基于模型预测控制(MPC)的动态优化策略;然后定量分析DAB变换器对模型参数和采样精度的敏感性,结合卡尔曼滤波算法构建其状态空间模型,在无电流传感器的情况下实现系统的鲁棒预测控制;最后在实验样机上通过实验验证所提方法的有效性.实验结果表明:与传统控制策略相比,所提方法能够实现低电流应力下的快速启动,且动态响应性能明显改善.此外,所提方法无需电流传感器数据,即对测量噪声脱敏;在参数变化下的鲁棒性能较传统预测控制显著提升.
Abstract:Withthedevelopmentofrenewableenergypowergeneration,electrifiedtransportation,andenergystoragesystems,thepowersystemisenteringanewstageofcoordinatedandoptimizedoperationofsource-grid-load-storage.Theenergyrouterbasedonpowerelectronicdevicescanflexiblyaccessandefficientlyusevariousrenewableenergysources,whichhasbecomethecoreequipmentofthenewpowergrid.Thedualactivefull-bridge(DAB)DC-DCconverterhastheadvantagesofhighpowerdensity,bidirectionalenergytransmission,naturalelectricalisolation,andeasyrealizationofsoftswitching.Therefore,ithasgraduallybecomeoneoftheimportanttopologiesontheDCsideofenergyrouters.Inthenewpowergrid,theincreasedintegrationofrenewableenergysourcespresentschallengesofcomplexoperatingconditionsinpowersystemsandfrequentswitchingofvariousenergystorageequipment.Therefore,energyroutersmusthavegooddynamicperformance.ThetraditionalPIcontrolemployedinDABconvertersystemstendstoprolongdynamicperformanceduetothelimitationoftheequivalentlow-passfilteringcharacteristicsofthecontroller,whichhasbecomeabottleneckforthedynamicimprovementoftheDABconverter.Thispaperproposesawholeprocessmodelpredictivecontrolstrategy.Firstly,thepredictionmodeloftheDABconverterisestablished.Forthestart-upprocessoftheDABconverter,thedynamicperformanceoptimizationproblem,formulatedasanequalityconstraintoptimizationproblem,issolvedbyKKTconditions.ForthetransientprocessoftheDABconverter,theoptimalphaseshiftratioisdeterminedbasedonthemathematicalanalysisofthecostfunction.TheabovewholeprocessmodelpredictivecontrolstrategycaneffectivelyimprovethedynamicperformanceoftheDABconvertersystem.However,whenapplyingtheMPCtotheDABconvertersystem,thehighrequirementsonmodelparametersandsamplingaccuracyneedtobeconsidered.Therefore,acurrentsensorlessrobustcontrolstrategybasedontheKalmanfilteralgorithmisproposed.TheDABconvertersystem'sdiscretestatespacemodelandstateestimationmodelareestablished.Thesystemstatevariablesarereconstructed,andtheobservationcoefficientsareimprovedtolinearizethesystem.TheoptimalestimationvalueisobtainedaccordingtotheKalmanfilterprinciple,andthesensorlessrobustpredictivecontrolisrealized.Insummary,thispaperproposesawholeprocessmodelpredictivecontrolstrategyfortheDABconvertersystem,providingadetailedanalysisofmodelparametersensitivityandsamplingaccuracyundertheMPCstrategy.AcurrentsensorlessrobustpredictivecontrolstrategybasedontheKalmanfilterisproposed.Thetheoreticalanalysisandexperimentalverificationoftheproposedmethodrevealthefollowingadvantages.(1)Comparedwiththeclassicaltwo-stagestart-upstrategyandPIcontrolstrategy,theproposedfull-processmodelpredictivecontrolstrategygreatlyimprovesthedynamicperformanceoftheDABconvertersystemduringstart-upspeedandtransientprocesses.(2)Theproposedcurrent-sensorlessrobustpredictivecontrolstrategycanmaintaingooddynamicperformancewithoutacurrentsensor,overcomingtheparameterdependenceoftheMPCstrategy.Theproposedcontrolstrategyisrobusttomodelparametererrorandsamplingnoise.
