Abstract：Intoday'smediaenvironment,televisionnewsisstillanimportantwayofinformationdissemination,andactualsoundplaysavitalroleintelevisionnews.Asanimportantpartofnewsediting,theapplicationlevelofactualsoundtechnologyintheprocessoftelevisionnewseditingwilldirectlyaffectthequalityofnewsreports.Thispapermainlyanalyzestheapplicationvalueofactualsoundtechnology,anddiscussestheapplicationstrategyofactualsoundtechnologyintelevisionnewsediting,soastoprovideusefulreferenceforimprovingthequalityoftelevisionnewsediting.
