摘要：针对链式回转弹仓的链式回转结构存在多边形效应比较突出的问题,设计一种立式弹丸回转机构的自动弹仓.采用多个链节对应一个储弹筒的方式,减小输送链所用链节的节距,进而减小回转弹仓的多边形效应及动载荷,提高弹丸传送的平稳性和准确性;在低速转动和高速转动2种不同情况下,对立式弹丸回转弹仓传送一发弹丸的运动过程进行动力学仿真.结果表明:弹丸横向运动误差小,纵向跳动量小,满足运动平稳、传输可靠的要求.
Abstract：Inordertosolvetheproblemofpolygoneffectinthechainrotatingstructureofchainrotatingmagazine,arotaryautomaticmagazinewiththeprojectileverticalplacedisdesigned.Themethodofmultiplechainlinkscorrespondingtooneammunitionstoragecylinderisadoptedtoreducethepitchofthechainlinksusedintheconveyingchain,soastoreducethepolygoneffectanddynamicloadoftherotatingmagazineandimprovethestabilityandaccuracyofprojectiletransmission;Undertwodifferentconditionsoflow-speedrotationandhigh-speedrotation,thedynamicsimulationofthemovementprocessofaroundofprojectileconveyedbytheverticalprojectilerotatingmagazineiscarriedout.Theresultsshowthatthelateralmotionerroroftheprojectileissmall,andthelongitudinalrunoutissmall,whichmeetstherequirementsofstablemotionandreliabletransmission.
