摘要:构建以高比例新能源为主体的低碳型微电网,充分挖掘微电网低碳调控潜力是实现能源体系绿色低碳转型的重要发展方向.为明晰碳排放目标下微电网低碳运行空间,该文提出计及微电网低碳调控特性的微电网定碳排运行域(CCEOR)理论及刻画方法,基于CCEOR投影观测下的几何特征直观量化微电网低碳调控能力,为调度中心监测和感知微电网运行状态提供有效工具.为确保CCEOR具备可观测理论条件,首先,从CCEOR概念出发,针对非凸特性建立考虑二阶锥松弛的CCEOR转换模型,并揭示CCEOR边界数学性质.进而,针对CCEOR高维耦合复杂特征,结合碳排放流理论构建CCEOR降维观测模型,将微电网低碳运行空间投影至关键节点负荷空间,在此基础上提出可兼顾求解精度和效率的凸包收缩CCEOR边界拟合算法.然后,建立可描述微电网低碳运行能力和变量耦合关系的几何特征指标,以实现微电网低碳调控潜力量化评估.最后,结合典型微电网算例进行CCEOR降维观测与评估,验证了所提模型和方法的有效性.基于可视化分析,深入挖掘了CCEOR在指导微电网协同配电网低碳资源优化和电碳市场交易等方面的潜在应用.
Abstract:Developinglow-carbonmicrogridswithhigh-penetrationrenewableenergyintegrationandexploitinglow-carbonoperationalpotentialofmicrogridsaresignificantforachievingagreen-orientedtransitionintheenergysystem.However,duetoincreasingsourceandloadfluctuationsintheactualenvironment,maintainingtheexpectedoptimallow-carbonregulationstatebecomeschallengingformicrogrids,greatlyincreasingtheriskofexcesscarbonemissionsanddeviationfromthesafeoperatingregion.Therefore,thetheoryandcalculationmethodofCommittedCarbonEmissionOperationRegion(CCEOR)formicrogridsisproposed.ThelowcarbonregulationabilityofmicrogridscanbeintuitivelyquantifiedthroughgeometricfeaturesfordispatchingcentersbyCCEORprojectionobservation,providinganeffectivetoolformonitoringandsensingtheoperatingstateofmicrogrids.Firstly,theCCEORmodel,whichconsiderscommittedcarbonemissionsandsequentialoperationcharacteristicsofmicrogrids,isestablished.ThemathematicalpropertyofCCEORisrevealedfromtheviewofboundarycharacteristics,ensuringobservabletheoreticalconditions.Secondly,aimingathigh-dimensionalcouplingfeaturesofCCEOR,alow-dimensionalCCEORobservationmodelisconstructedbasedoncarbonemissionflowtheory.Thelow-carbonoperationspaceofmicrogridscanbeprojectedintotheloadspaceofkeynodes.Accordingly,aboundarysolutionalgorithmcombininganimprovedsecond-orderconeandconvexhullrelaxationmethodisproposed.Theproposedmethodcaneffectivelyfittheboundaryoflow-dimensionalCCEORwithpracticalfittingaccuracy.Finally,thegeometricfeatureindicesareestablishedtodescribethelowcarbonoperationcapabilityandvariablecouplingrelationshipofmicrogrids,facilitatingthequantitativeevaluationoftheirlowcarbonregulationpotential.Twomicrogridtestsystemswithdifferentscalesvalidatetheproposedmethod.TheobservationandgeometricfeatureevaluationofCCEORshowsthatthecurrentlowcarbonoperationstatusandcomplexcouplingrelationshipofdifferentobservationvariablescanbeintuitivelyreflected.Besides,itisdemonstratedthattherenewableenergyandcarbonemissiontargetssignificantlyimpactthelow-carbonoperationspaceofmicrogrids.TheoverallCCEORisexpanded,andthemicrogridhasaflexibleadjustmentspacewiththeincreaseofrenewableenergypenetration.Inaddition,therenewableenergyaccesslocationaffectsthecouplingdegreebetweendifferentobservedvariables.Withtheincreaseofcarbonemissiontargets,safeoperationconditionsplayamajorroleinlimitingtheloadgrowth,ensuringthemicrogridoperateswithinasafeandfeasiblerange.Comparedwiththeexistingcommonboundaryfittingmethod,theproposedboundaryfittingmethodhashighconstructionaccuracyandlesscalculationcost.Thefollowingconclusionscanbedrawnfromthesimulationresults.(1)TheobservationandgeometricfeatureevaluationofCCEORprovidesvisualoperationauxiliaryjudgmentandquickperceptionoftheoperatingstatefordispatchersbyreflectingthecurrentlowcarbonoperationstatusandthecomplexcouplingrelationshipofdifferentobservationvariables.(2)TheproposedboundaryfittingmethodofCCEORbalancesCCEORconstructionaccuracyandcomputationalcost.(3)CCEORhasagoodapplicationprospectforguidinglow-carbonresourceoptimizationinmicrogrids,collaboratingwiththeelectriccarbonmarket'sdistributionnetworkandtradingstrategy.
