摘要：本文通过案例和试验说明油中熄弧有载开关配置气体报警能有效替代油路堵塞和漏油情况下的缺油报警、避免油流速动继电器误动、发现过渡回通流电气回路和切换异常产气和管路堵塞气体无法溢出等,有载开关配置气体报警是有益的且必要,统计近3年325台运行情况,检出率高达0.44次/百台·年,验证气体报警有效性,避免了简单缺陷发展为故障,并给出气体报警处置和再提升措施,杜绝了漏判导致远超设备价值的故障损失.
Abstract：ThispaperexplainsconfigurethegasalarmforpowertransformersOLTCwiththearcingoperationunderoilisbeneficialandnecessarywiththecaseandtest,thegasalarmcaneffectivelyreplacetheoil-deficientalarminthecaseofoilcircuitblock-ageandoilleakage,avoidunwantedoperationoftheBuchholzrelay,findthatmaincontacts,mainswitchingcontacts,transitioncontactscontactabnormalgasproductionandblockedgasintheoilpipelinecannotoverflow.Statisticsof325OLTCworkinginthepastthreeyears,thedetectedrateoffaultisashighas0.44times/100setsofyears,whichverifiesitseffectiveness,andavoidssimpledefectsintofaults.Thispapergivesthegasalarmdisposalandliftingmeasures,topreventlossescausedbymissingjudgment.
