摘要：习近平文化思想作为习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化篇章,是马克思主义与中国实践相结合的创新性理论成果.公共文化服务现代化作为我国文化建设的重要内容,对提升文化服务效能、促进文化服务高质量发展具有重要作用.习近平文化思想为我国公共文化服务现代化提供了重要引领.基于习近平文化思想的主要内容,深入探究我国公共文化服务现代化问题,研究发现:当前我国公共文化服务存在城乡公共文化服务水平差距大、公共文化服务供需匹配精准度不够、公共文化服务智能化欠缺、公共文化品牌可持续性不足等难题,制约了公共文化服务现代化发展.应当在习近平文化思想的指引下,积极构建以人民为核心、以政府为中心、以科技为突破口的内生驱动机制,持续推进公共文化服务现代化治理向内发力,促进城乡公共文化服务均衡化;以转变公共部门供给理念为抓手形塑共建共享发展格局的新型公共文化空间,内外联动从供需层面不断完善公共文化服务双向反馈机制;建立包容性数据信息技术平台向外借力,科技赋能公共文化服务水平提升;向新拓展,精准打造本土特色文化品牌,不断延展公共文化服务供应链.
Abstract：XiJinpingThoughtonCulture,astheculturalchapterofXiJinpingthoughtonsocialismwithChinesecharacteristicsforanewera,istheinnovativetheoreticalresultofthecombinationofMarxismandChinesepractice.AsanimportantcontentofChina'sculturalconstruction,themodernizationofpublicculturalserviceplaysanimportantroleinimprovingtheefficiencyofculturalserviceandpromotingthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofculturalservice.XiJinpingthoughtonculturehasprovidedanimportantguidanceforthemodernizationofpublicculturalserviceinChina.BasedonthemaincontentofXiJinpingthoughtonculture,thisarticledeeplyexploresthemodernizationofpublicculturalserviceinChina.ThestudyfoundthatthecurrentproblemsinChina'spublicculturalservices,suchasthelargegapbetweenurbanandruralpublicculturalservicelevels,thelackofprecisioninmatchingsupplyanddemandofpublicculturalservices,thelackofintelligentpublicculturalservices,andthelackofsustainabilityofpublicculturalbrands,restrictthemodernizationofpublicculturalservices.UndertheguidanceofXiJinpingthoughtonculture,weshouldactivelybuildanendogenousdrivingmechanismwithpeopleasthecore,governmentasthecenter,andscienceandtechnologyasthebreakthrough,continuetopushforwardtheinternalforceofmoderngovernanceofpublicculturalservices,andpromotethebalanceofurbanandruralpublicculturalservices.Totransformtheconceptofpublicsectorsupplyasthestartingpointtoshapeanewpublicculturalspaceofco-constructionandsharingdevelopmentpattern,internalandexternallinkagefromthesupplyanddemandlevelconstantlyimprovethetwo-wayfeedbackmechanismofpublicculturalservices;Throughtheestablishmentofinclusivedataandinformationtechnologyplatforms,thelevelofpublicculturalservicesenabledbyscienceandtechnologyhasbeenimproved;Learnfromtheexperienceofdemonstrationareastoexpandtonewareas,andaccuratelycreatelocalculturalbrandstohelpthehigh-qualitydevelopmentofpublicculturalservices.
