摘要：近年来,随着"双碳"目标和新型电力系统建设的提出,电力能源领域不断推进向绿色低碳清洁高效转型,同时受能源结构变化及极端天气等因素影响,电力保供问题愈发突出.基于近年来电力保供的基本情况,总结了能源转型过程中电力保供面临的挑战,研究了电力市场与电力保供的关系,探讨了电力市场建设的新变化,并总结提出了能源转型背景下电力保供的电力市场体系相关建设,以支撑能源安全转型.
Abstract：Recently,withtheproposalofthe"dualcarbon"targetsandtheconstructionofnewpowersystems,thepowerenergyfieldhascontinuedtoefficientlytransformtowardsgreen,low-carbonandclean.Atthesametime,affectedbychangesintheenergystructureandextremeweatherandotherfactors,theproblemofpowersupplysecurityhasbecomeincreasinglyprominent.Basedonthebasicsituationofpowersecurityinrecentyears,thisarticlesummarizesthechallengesfacedbypowersecurityintheprocessofenergytransformation,studiestherelationshipbetweenthepowermarketandpowersecurity,exploresnewchangesintheconstructionofthepowermarket,andsummarizestheenergytransformationrelatedtothepowermarket.Anditsummarizesandproposestherelevantsuggestionoftheelectricitymarkettoensurethepowersupplyunderthebackgroundofenergytransitiontosupportthesecuritytransition.
