摘要：针对开关磁阻电机采用传统转矩分配函数控制在交换区易产生转矩脉动大的问题,提出了一种重叠角自适应的新型转矩分配函数控制方法.根据电感特性将两相交换区分为小电感区和电感变化率突变区,在小电感区将转矩更多的分配给退磁相,在突变区将转矩更多的分配给励磁相以提高转矩跟踪性能.为了适应不同转速和负载下转矩的分配,通过GA-BP对各区间转矩分配函数的参数进行优化.随后,为了减小在换相期间受电流变化率的影响,根据不同转速和负载实现自适应重叠角的变化.为了验证该控制策略的有效性,以一台6/20三相SRM进行仿真验证.与传统指数型转矩分配函数控制相比,在不同工况下不仅进一步降低了电机的转矩脉动,而且也降低了电流峰值,提高了电机效率.
Abstract：Asthetraditionaltorquedistributionfunctioncontrolofswitchedreluctancemotoriseasytoproducelargetorquerippleintheswitchingregion,thispaperproposesanewtorquesharingfunctioncontrolmethodwithadaptiveoverlapangle.Accordingtotheinductancecharacteristics,thetwo-phaseswitchingisdividedintosmallinductanceregionandinductancechangerateabruptregion.Inthesmallinductanceregion,moretorqueisallocatedtothedemagnetizingphase,andintheabruptregion,moretorqueisallocatedtotheexcitingphasetoimprovethetorquetrackingperformance.Then,GA-BPisemployedtooptimizetheparametersofthetorquesharingfunctionineachintervaltoimprovethetorquetrackingperformance.Toreducetheinfluenceofcurrentchangerateduringphasecommutation,thechangeofoverlappingangleisrealizedaccordingtodifferentspeedandload.Finally,toverifytheeffectivenessofthecontrolstrategy,a6/20three-phaseSRMisemployedforsimulation.Ourresultsshowcomparedwiththetraditionalexponentialtorquedistributionfunctioncontrol,thetorquerippleofthemotorisfurtherreducedunderdifferentworkingconditions,thepeakcurrentisdecreasedandtheefficiencyofthemotorisimproved.
