摘要：输变电工程项目修建完成后,需要制定生态环境修复措施,修复破坏的环境,研究一种输变电建设项目对于周边生态环境的影响分析模型.围绕输变电工程划定周边生态环境影响边界为研究区域.计算生态环境指数,结合博弈论理论,计算综合权重.对照影响程度评定等级表,得出输变电建设项目对于周边生态环境影响程度.结果表明:随着输变电项目的建设,生态环境质量平均指数在不断下降,对于周边生态环境的整体影响在不断加深,最后达到高等级的影响程度,生态环境恶化达到了预警警戒线.
Abstract：Afterthecompletionofapowertransmissionandtransformationproject,itisnecessarytoworkoutecologicalandenviron-mentalrestorationmeasurestorestorethedamagedenvironment.Ananalysismodeloftheimpactofpowertransmissionandtransformationconstructionprojectsonthesurroundingecologicalenvironmentisstudied.Theresearchdelimitsthesurroundingecologicalenvironmentimpactboundaryaroundtheelectricalengineeringforthestudyarea.Calculatetheecologicalenvironmentindex,combinedwiththegametheory,calculatethecomprehensiveweight.Theinfluencedegreeofpowertransmissionandtransformationconstructionprojectsonsur-roundingecologicalenvironmentisobtainedbycomparingwiththeratingtableofinfluencedegree.Theresultsshowthat:withthecon-structionofpowertransmissionandtransformationprojects,theaverageindexofecologicalenvironmentqualityisdecliningcontinuously,andtheoverallimpactonthesurroundingecologicalenvironmentisdeepeningcontinuously.Finally,theimpactdegreereachesahighlevel,andthedeteriorationofecologicalenvironmentreachesthewarningline.
