Therecenthuman-machinewar,LiShishiPKGoogleDogAlphaGo,hasdrawntheattentionofacademiaandnationalpolicy-makers,resultingindifferentopinionsandcomments,manyofwhichareinsightful,butsomeopinionsintentionallyorunintentionallyexaggeratetheroleandsignificanceofartificialintelligence(AI).Theendandthedoomsdaytheory,ofcourse,arenotworthtraining.TheprimaryreasonforthisheateddiscussionisthattheaveragepeopleandpartsofscientistscannotcorrectlyunderstandtheAIandhumanintelligence(HI),especiallyfromlevelsoftheuniquehumanlanguage,thinking,cultural.AccordingtoCaiShushan's(2015,2016)theoryoffivelevelsofhumanmindandcognition,weshouldbeabletorecognizeanddistinguishAIandHIfromfivelevelsofnerve,psychology,language,thoughtandculture,andfindthecorrectexplanationforthecurrentanswerofartificialintelligencePKhumanintelligence.Humanmindandcognitioncanalsobedividedintothesefivelevels.AIistheimitationofHI,whichisintheprocessofdevelopmentandisnotbeyondthescopeoftheHI.AIisfarinferiortoHIatthelanguage,thinkingandculturallevels,whichisatthehighercognitivelevels.Infact,AIandHIaretwodifferentmodesofintelligence.ThemodelandstandardofthefamousSearleArtificialIntelligenceTheory"ChineseRoomArgument"isnotoutofdate.Accordingtothisargument,digitalcomputerswillneverhaveHI,andtherefore,AIwillnotbebeyondHIinthenearfuture.
