Inthispaper,commercialvehiclefatigueliftincludingstatictorsionfatigueandrandomfatiguewascarriedoutusingthefiniteelementmethodandtestmethod.ThestaticcabtorsionfatigueanalysisbasedonthefiniteelementmodelwascarriedwiththeMSC.Nastransoftware.Comparingthefiniteelementfatiguecalculationresultsandtestingfatigueresults,theyareveryclosedandthefiniteelementfatigueanalysiscanbeverifiedbytheTest.Weestablishedtheprocessofcabrandomfatigueliftanalysis.Thespot-weldsbuiltintheHypermeshsoftwaremustbeconvertedintheFEMFATsoftwarebeforetheinertiareliefstaticcomputation.Thestaticandmulti-bodydynamicsimulationwerecarriedwithMSC.NastranandMSC.Adamssoftware.WetookthecabrandomfatiguesimulationwiththestaticanalysisresultandtheBgrade,Cgrade,Dgraderoadloadhistorywhichwasobtainedfrommulti-bodycomputationusingthetestinggrounddataasinput.Thecombinationoffiniteelementsimulationandtestcanbeusedforpredictingthecabdurabilityandanalyzingthefatiguedamageofthecab.Thestudyindicatethatspotweldfatiguedamageplayanimportantroleofthecabfatiguewhichneedtobeestimatedaccurately.
