Inthispaper,twotypicalpedestrianaccidentswereanalyzedandreconstructedtostudythegenerativemechanismofhe-matomaintrafficaccidentbyusingthemulti-bodypedestrianmodelandGHBMC-headFEmodel,incorporatingdatafromtheThirdXiangyaHospitalofCentralSouthUniversity.Andonthebasisoftheaccidentreconstruction,thethree-dimensionalpatient-specificfi-niteelementbrainmodelwithdetailedanatomicalstructureswasusedtoanalyzethehematomagenerationinbraininjuredinvehicleacci-dent.ThepositionofthecerebralhematomaandgeometricaldatawereextractedfromaseriesofmedicalCTscanimages,thesedatawasusedtoadjusttheheadmodelofGHBMCtothegeometryofheadofpatients.Thenusedcorpuscularparticlemethodtosimulatethechan-gesofintracranialpressurecausedbythehematoma.Deviationsofthecerebralventriclesinthetwogroupsofsimulationwas4.6mmand5.6mm,anddeviationsofthebrainmidlinewas3.7mmand3.9mm,thevalueofintracranialpressurewasstablein(2680±20)Paand(2618±18)Pa.Theactualdeviationsofcerebralventricleswas4.8mmand4.9mm.Theactualdeviationsofbrainmidlinewas3.7mmand3.9mm,andtheactualvalueofintracranialpressurestablewas2800Paand2666Pa.Thedataofsimulationwasinaccord-ancewiththeactualdata.Resultsshowedthatthecorpuscularparticlemethodusedtosimulateanalysisofhematomagenerationandin-creasingpressureinbraininjuredinvehicleaccidentwasfeasibleintheory.
