Automobilehasbeenwidelyusedwiththedevelopmentoftheautomobileindustrywhilefewattentionswerefocusedonthecomfortoftheautomotiveseats.Weareunsatisfiedwiththeautomobilestylebecauseofthesimilarityofthesellingproductsandourincreasingdemandsofthebeauty.Besides,drivinginunreasonableseatsinalongtimegivesrisetotheuncomfortablefeelingsofthewholebodywhenwearrive.Inthiscase,amethodwhichcanpromotethequality,savingthedesigningtime,improvingthecomfortisneededinordertogetbettermarketfeedback,Thebodypressuredistributionshowstherationalityandshortcomingsoftheseat'sdesignobjectivelywhile'bodycomfortranks'tellsthedifferentrankofhumans'feelingssubjectively.Inthispaper,wecollectthedirectdataofbodypressuredistributionandgetthesubjectivefeelingtomeasurethepeople'scomfortfeeling,andbesides,wecollectthebodypressuredistributionwhendrivingindif-ferentroadconditioninordertoimprovethecomfortfeelingofcustomers.Weanalyzethebodyfeelingdatawhendiscussingthedesigningprogramandcomeoutwiththefinalrevisedplan.Wegetthedirectstaticsofpeople'sfeelingsonseatsatthebeginningofdesigningprocesswhichhelpsusguidetherouteoffollowingdesignandcompletetheabstractpositioningandconfirmtheimprovingmethodwhenwedesignourproductwhichhasimprovedthequalitiesofexportproduct.Intheendofourexperiments,weverifytheaccuracyofourdesignwiththemethodsoffiniteelementemulationanalysis.Ourstudyprovidestheguiderouteofseats'designbasedonthebodypressuremeasurementwhichhelptheenterprisecuttheworkperiod,savethecostandimprovethequalitymainly.
