ItisanewtopicconstructinglonginclinedshaftsusingshieldmachineorTBM,whichisofgreatsignificancetoshorteningshaftconstructionperiod,enhancingsecurityanddecreasingcosts.Whencrossingthroughhighin-situstressofdeepburiedsections,thelong-termsecurityofshaftstructuremaybethreatenedbyrockcreep.Anumericalmodelisestablishedconsideringrockcreeptostudytheinfluenceofshaftdepthsandsegmenteffectivebendingrigidityratiostosegmentmechanicalcharacteristicindex,includingbendingmoment,axialforceandsafetyfactor,basedontheshieldinclinedshaftsofShenhuaXinjieTaigemiaoMineProject.Theresultsshowthattherockcreepinfluencecanlastforabout30days,whichleadstothedecreasingofmaximumbendingmomentandtotheincreasingofthesafetyfactor,whilehasanegligibleimpactonaxialforce.Withthelinearincreaseofshaftdepth,themaximumbendingmomentaswellastheaxialforceincreaseapproximatelylinearly,whilethesafetyfactordecreaseswithaslowerratio.Segmenteffectivebendingrigidityratioshaveanegligibleimpactonliningbendingmoment,axialforceandsafetyfactor.
