Withthedevelopmentofin-vehicleinfotainmentsystem,thefunctionofhumanmachineinteractionHMJbecomesin-creasinglycomplex,andtheimportanceoftestingisgraduallyreflected.Now,HMIfunctiontestingisgivenprioritytomanualtesting,highlaborcosts,andalargeamountofworkrepetition.ThispaperstatescontentfromtheperspectiveofapplicationoftheHMIfunctiontestautomation,basedontheassistantoperationofintelligentmanipulatorandmachinevisionrecognitiontechnology,setupanautoma-tedtestsystem,replacemanualtesting,realizethefunctiontestingautomatically.Then,summarizethemainlytestingfunctionofHMI,takethedisplaysofFMandinstrumentclusterasanexample,describethetestschemeandprovidetheresults.Bymeansofautomatedtestsystem,liberatethetestersfromboring,tedioustestoperations,improvetheon-boardHMIsystemtestingefficiencyandaccuracy,reducetestingcosts.
