Currently,thereisnosuchamethodinChinaandEurope'sstandardstoestimatetheconversionbetweenthefuelandelectricityconsumptioninchargesustaining(CS)testforPlug-inhybridelectricvehicles(PHEVs)whichareexpectedtobeapossiblesolutiontotheshortageofthefossilfuel.Inthispaper,amethodologyisproposedandstudiedtoestimatethe"unbiased"(withnochargeordischarge)FuelEconomy(FE)inchargesustainingstage.ThismethodutilizestheresultsfrombothConditionAandBonly.Thus,itoffersfueleconomystakeholdersaquickandcheapwaytoestimatetheunbiasedfueleconomy.
