Multi-criterionfeaturerankingalgorithmsnotonlyalleviatesthedifficultyonchoosingappropriaterankingcriterioncausedbysingle-rankingalgorithms,butalsoimprovesthereliabilityoffeatmrerankingresults.However,theissueofconflictbetweendifferentsingle-rankingalgorithmsisoftenoverlooked.Bytreatingthistaskasasearchandoptimizationprocess,itispossibletousetheD-Stheoryandevidenceconflicttoreduceconflictsbetweendifferentsingle-criterionsandimprovethestabilityoffeatureevaluation.Thisworkpresentsanewmulti-criterionfeaturerankingalgorithmbasedonD-Stheoryandevidenceconflicttheorycombiningdifferentcriteriaimprovingbothclassificationperformanceandstabilityoffeatureselectionresults.ComparisionbetweenthenewalgorithmandBordaCournt,FuzzyEntropy,Fisher'sRatioandRepresentationEntropymethodsaredoneontrainfaultdataset.Theexperimentialresultsdemonstratemosteffectivenessofthenewalgorithmschemethantheotherfourcriterionsonallcasesconsidered
