Castingtechnologywillgraduallyignoreenginepartsandcomponentsandwilltransittofocusonaluminumalloy,magnesiumalloyandothercastingisstructuresrequiredbynewenergyvehicles,includingelectricmotor,gearboxshell,cellbox,strake,anddashboard,etc.Characteristicsofthosestructureswillenablethemtodeveloptowardsmorecomplicatedstructure,highperformance,highqualityandlowcosts,unlikewholevehiclemanufacturingwhichmainlydevelopstowardscustomization.Intelligentcastingiscomposedofonlinereal-timemeasurement,bigdataprocessing,intelligentandreal-timedevicecontrol,whichcanen-surethedemandsforqualitycastingproducts.Thekeyanddifficultpointofcastingintelligentizationisaboutthevisualtechnologyusedinmoldfillingandsolidificationofhigh-temperatureliquid,i.e.howtocollectkeyparameterswhicharedifficultlyseenduringcastingandfindoutthecorrelationbetweenvariousparametersandcastingquality,soastoenrichcastingexpertsystemdatabase,retrieveexpertinformation,judgeinternalqualityofcastingpartsonline,realizereadtimecontrolofintelligentequipmentandprocessqualityfluctuationinrealtime,realizeintelligentcasting,andachievethegoalofleancastingproduction.Wehaveproposedcorrespondingsolutions.Firstly,fortheapplicationofsensor,wehavedevelopedthemoldsoflocation,temperatureandpressuresensors,etc.Throughthecollectionofrelativedatainthecourseofcasting,the"visualization"duringthecastingcanberealizedtosomeex-tent.Theinstallationpositionsforvarioussensors'testsolution(casting)inthemoldandthecorrespondingdatacasescollectedbysensorinareal-timemanner.
