Takingtheoptimizationmethodofaluminumalloyframestructureastheresearchobject,asuccessiveapproximationtopologyoptimizationmethodwasproposed.Accordingtothebenchmarkelectricvehiclebody,topologicaldesignspacewasobtained,andthenthetopologicaloptimizationmodelofvehiclebodystructureundermulti-workingconditionswasestablished.Firstly,thedesignspacewasdividedintodifferentregions.Then,basedontheforcetransmissionpath,successivelydesigntopologyfordoors,ceilings,frontandbackends,andreplacetheoriginalstructure.Finally,theresultswereobtained.Aftertheresultswereanalyzed,aconceptbodystructurewasproposedandcomparedwiththeconventionaltopologymethod.Theresultsshowthattheproposedmethodismoreefficientandtheresultsareeasierto"translate".Thebendingstiffnessandtorsionalstiffnessofthevehiclebodystructureareimproved,themethodprovidesanewwayforthedesignoftheconceptvehiclebody.
