Routechoicebehavioranalysishasbeenwidelyadoptedtopromoteintelligenttrafficsystemsrunningefficiently.Forbettergrasptheroutechoicebehaviorcharacteristicundersomeuncertainenvironments,apracticalinfluentialfactorofunexpecteddelayisproposedandinvestedforurbantravelindaily.Theparameterofunexpecteddelaynotonlycanwelldescribethetravelers'sensitivityoftraveltimeanditsaccurate,butalsogreatlyinfluencetraveler'sjudgmentfordifferenttravelmodes.Itisimportantforroutechoicebehavioranalysisunderuncertainconditions.Accordingtotheabove,thispapersetsmulti-subjectprobabilitytoconstructuncertainlytrafficenvironmenttoanalyzetheattitudeofroutechoicecombinewithMEU(maxminexpectedutility)theoryunderriskyscenario.Theexperimentsindicatethat95%travelersshowriskypreferencewhentheyinaroutechoicesetting.Furthermore,thesensitivityofdelaytimeiscloselyrelationinproportiontotheentiretraveltimerefertodiminishingmarginalutilitybytravelers.Finally,theresultsalsoelaboratethephenomenonofthesmallprobabilityoverestimatecontrasttothehighprobabilityunderestimateofthedelayprobability.
