Soundparametersofpsychologicalsubjectevaluationinthecararemeasuredandcalculatedonelectriccarwithlowspeed,usingneuralnetwork(NN)methodforecastingmodelonsoundqualityisbuiltandmodelparametersaffectingcalculationaccuracyandefficiencyisresearched.AllrelativeerrorsofpredictionusingNNmethodaresmaller,andtheyarenomorethan9.00#andchangingcurveofrelativeerrorisflat,andthatlearningrateintherangeof0.40to0.80,andimplyinglayernumberof4,7,11and13andacceleratingratefrom0.10to0.85iswellavailable.Recyclingtimesandrelativeerrorhasregularwiththeincreaseoflearningrate,andtheychangejustlikeshapesofsawtoothwiththeincreaseofimplyinglayernumber,andrecyclingtimesbegintodecreaseslowlyandthenrisesteeplywiththeincreaseofacceleratingrate,andrelativeerrordecreasesatthebeginningwiththeincreaseofacceleratingrateandthenrises.Theforecastingmodelisappliedtosometypeelectriccar,anditisfoundthattheone-cylinderengineoftheincreasingprogramelectriccaristhemostcontributionsourceanddevelopmenteffectisverygood.
