FortheVCUsystemfunctiontestprojectofBJEV'sBEV,wepresentaintelligenttestmethodbasedonvirtualECU.BJEVhasdevelopedBMS,VCUandMCUcontrollerusingMatlab/Simulink,andbuilttheplantmodelbyMatlab/Simulinkaswell.IntheSiLteststage,weneedtointegratethecompleteECUsoftwareandtheplantmodel.Weneedtosimulatethenetworknodesoftherestcontrollers,thebottomfunctionsofthecontrollerundertestandalsotheEEPROMfunctionforthecontrollerhardware.Inad-dition,weneedtocompletethefunctionrequirementtest,thecodecoveragetestandneedalargenumberofrandomscenariostest.Inordertoachievethesegoals,weuseSilvertoolstosetuptheSiLtestenvironment,useTestWeavertogeneratealargenumberoftestscenariosautomaticallyandintelligently,anduseCTC++tocheckthecodecoverage.Basedonthismethod,eventhefunctionrequire-mentdocumentcannotdescribethecompletecodefunction,westillcanmakethetestcoveragereachahighlevel,andensurethesoft-warequality.
