Inthispaper,theplasticfrontmoduleofacertainvehicleisstudied.BasedontheelasticmodulusE,thePoissonsrati-oUandthedensityPasoptimizationvariables,thefirstthreeordermodaltestresultsareusedtooptimizationobjectives,themulti-is-landgeneticalgorithmistheoptimizationstrategyformulti-variableandmulti-objectivenumericalmodel.Theradialbasisfunctionsneu-ralnetworkisusedtoconstructthenumericalmodeltoreducecomputationaltime,andthefeasibilityisverifiedbytheR-Squaredreli-abilityanalysis,therootmeansquareofthemodalfrequencyare0.9993,0.9993and0.9992respectively.Theresultsshowthatthecorrespondingsimulationmodalfrequencieswiththeexperiencevaluesofthegeneralmaterialparametersare17.23Hz,33.10Hzand41.37Hz,thedeviationswith17.9072Hz,35.8126Hzand44.4983Hzoftestresultsare3.78%,7.57%and7.03%respectively;thecorrespondingsimulationmodalfrequencieswiththeinversematerialparametersare18.44Hz,35.45Hz,and44.58Hz.Thedevia-tionsare2.98%,1.01%and0.18%respectively.
