Thispaperfocusesonthenetworkedvibrationcontrolofjacket-typeoffshoreplatformswithrandomcontroldelay.Themainforcesactingontheoffshorestructurearewaveandcurrentloads,andtheeffectofcurrentonwaveisconsideredinthemodelofoutsideforces.Andnetworkedcontrolsystems(NCSs)ismoreflexiblethanconditionalvibrationcontrolforoffshoreplatform.Atthesametime,randomtimedelayisexistentandinevitableinthecontrolprocess.Thepaperpresentsatwo-buffernetworkeddynamicalcontrolsystemmodelandsolvetheproblemofrandomtimedelayunderoutsideloads.Bymodeltransmission,weobtainasystemwithnodelay.Basedonthetransformedmodel,anetworkedfeedforwardandfeedbackoptimalcontrollerwithmemoryisdevelopedinthepaper.Theirregularwaveandcurrentforcesandpastsystemstatesofoffshorestructurearestoredandincludedincontrolprocess.Todemonstratethefeasibilityandeffectivenessofdesignedcontrollaw,anumericalexampleofjacket-typeoffshorestructureispresented.Simulationresultsshowthatthepresentedcontrollercandepressthevibrationoftheoffshoreplatformwithhighefficiency.
