TheshieldtunnelofNanjingsubwayline10iswithtwo-tracksandisconstructedbylargediameterslurrybalanceshield.Thesectionofshieldtunnelingisinsandystrataofhighwaterpressure.Inordertoensurethesmoothshieldconstruction,thefollowingmethodsareusedforgroundconsolidationintheintermediateairshaft:tri-axialdeepstirringpilemethod+highpressurejetgroutingpilemethod+verticalfreezingmethod.AccordingtonumericalsimulationofANSYS,whenthetimeofactivefreezingreaches7days,mostoftheadjacentfreezingpipeshavebeencircle-crossing.Whenthefreezingtimereaches30days,theeffectivethicknessofthefreezingwallis2.2r.Inordertoensuretheeffectoffreezing,thelayoutofthefreezingpipeshouldbeslightlylargerthantheeffectivefreezingrange.Thisarticlesimulatesthewholeprocessofshieldtunnelingbynumericalsimulation,includingremovalofthetemporarywall,shieldtunnelingandsoon.Thecalculationresultsindicatethatthegroundconsolidationhasachievedgoodresults.
