TheCu-ZSM-5monolithicextrudedhoneycombcatalystwaspreparedbytheextrusionmethodandwasusedforselectivecatalyticreduction(SCR)ofNOxwithNH3.Theresultsshowedthattheextrudedhoneycombcatalystwith60%activeingredienthadtheexcellentmechanicalstrengthandcatalyticactivity.TheAaxisandBaxiscompressivestrengthofhoneycombcatalystwere2.9MPaand0.9MParespectively.Theaveragethermalexpansioncoefficientwaslowerthan4.5×10-6/℃atRT-600℃.TheconversionofNOwasabove80%at200-350℃,andthehighestconversionwas92.7%attheGHSVof30000h-1.AfterrapidSO2aging,theNH3-SCRcatalyticactivityoftheCu-ZSM-5extrudedhoneycombcatalystdecreasedslightly.
