CABbrazingofaluminumoilcoolerwithoutfluxwasinvestigated.Thestudiedresultsshowedthatwithconventionalpartsstamping,assembling,clamping,andwithconventionalfurnaceatmosphere,fluxlessCABbrazingofoilcoolerisfeasible.Afterbrazing,thesurfaceoftheproductsiscoveredwithcolorfuloxide,butthequalitiesofthebrazingseamsareexcellent,withoutshrinkagecavitiesorotherdefects.Andthefilletsoftheedgeofthebrazingseamsareveryhigh.ThereisnoerosionandSidiffusioninthecoreoftheplatesandfins.
