Aimingattheproblemofpoorsuspensionrobustness,whichcausedbythegeometricaltolerancesinthedesignandmanufactureprocessofsuspension,themathematicalmodelofsuspensionrobustnesswasestablished.Basedonthecombinationofhardpointsensitivityanalysisand3Ddimensionaldeviationanalysis,therobustnessofsuspensionperformancecouldbecalculatedindesignstage,whichcouldhelpusmakeamorereasonabletarget.Thetargetsofsuspensioncharacteristicswerediscomposedintotherequire-mentsoftolerances,whichhelpedtoachievebettersuspensionrobustperformancebycontrollingthecriticaltolerancesandassembly.
