Thispaperestablishedthethree-dimensionalmodeloftheexhaustportofadieselenginebyreverseengineeringtechnol-ogy.Thesteadystateflowfieldinthethree-dimensionalmodelwasnumericallysimulatedbytheuseofCFDsoftwareFIRE.Thesteadystateflowexperimentoftheexhaustportwascarriedoutonthestationaryflowtestbench.Theresultshowsthatthesimulationdataineveryliftofexhaustvalveagreeswellwiththeexperimentdata,andthemethodisusefultoguidethedesignandoptimizationofexhaustport.
