Thecontinuousannealingsimulatorwasusedtoinvestigatetheinfluencesofannealingtemperatureonmechanicalpropertiesofahighstrengthhot-dipgalvanizingMP980steel.Baseonthesesimulationprocessabove,thekeyprocessforindustrialproductionofhot-dipgalvanizingmultiphasesteelof980MPagradehasbeenestablished.Themicrostructuresandmechanicalpropertiesofindustrialtrialproductswereinvestigatedbymeansofmechanicalpropertiestesting,opticalmicroscope(OM),themultiphasestructureaswellasdislocationdistributionandprecipitationbehaviorsofsecond-phaseparticleforthecontrollingofmechanicalpropertyuniformityofhot-dipgalvanizingMP980steelarealsoresearchedbytransmissionelectronmicroscope(TEM).Theresultsshownthattheyieldingstrengthrisesastheannealingtemperatureincreases,thestress-straincurveofexperimentsteelsexhibitedcontinuousyieldingfeatureafterdifferentannealingprocess,undertheappropriateintercriticalannealingconditions,themicrostructuresoftheexperimentsteelconsistedofnearlypolygonferrite,bainite,finedisperseddistributionmartensiteandretainedausteniteislands.Thedislocationdensitydecreasesgraduallyfromtheferrite-martensiteinterfaceandferritegrainboundarytotheinnerpartofferrite.Therearetwodifferentsizesandtypesofprecipitates,onetypeissmalldispersionprecipitatewithsizeof15~50nm,theothertypeofprecipitatesissquareshapewithsizeof50~200nm.Theexperimentsteelhasthecomprehensiveperformancewiththetensilestrengthof1039MPa,yieldstrengthof776MPa,elongationof12#,attheintercriticalannealingtemperatureof800℃,slowcoolingtemperatureof700℃,rapidcoolingtemperatureof460℃andthecoolingrapidrateof35℃persecond.Itisbelievedthatmartensitegraindispersedrefinementdistributionandprecipitationstrengtheningaremainfactorscontributingtohighstrengthofsteelsheet.Theseoff-lineproductsreachedthesamelevelofmechanicalpropertiesastheimportedproductsthroughtwotimesindustrialtrialandhavebeensuccessfullyappliedtosomejointventurevehicles.
