Withtheadventoftheageofsocialmobileandbigdata,communicationdevicesnotonlybecomethenecessityofmodernlife,butalsopermeatealmosteveryfacetofpeople'slives.Thearrivalanddevelopmentoftheinformationerahasbroughtaseriesofrevolutiontopeople'sspecialactivities,thuscausingthechangeinthecities'specialstructure.Inrecentyears,thestudiesonurbaninternalspatialstructurehavealwaysbeenthehotfieldofarchitecture,economics,geographyandetc.Thispaperfirstexplainstheinternalspacestructureofthecity.Accordingtothesituationoflimitationsoftraditionalresearchingmethods,thearticlebasedonthebigdataofmobilelocation-basedservicethatmeshdividesthecitiesanddefinestheregionswherethedensityofmobileusageishigherthantheaverageasmobilehotspot.Thenthroughtheobservationofgridmobilehotspot,wecanacquiretherecognitionofurbanpublicsystemandinternalfunctionaldivisionsunderdifferentspaceandtimelaw.TakingNanchangCityforexample,throughmobilehotspotmethod,wecancometotheconclusionthattheCBDbusinessareainHonggutanregion,industrialareainXiaolanregion,andmostlivingareaintheeasternpartofRiverFuqualifiesthecurrentcityplanningofNanchang,whichcouldprovidereferencefortheplanningdepartment.
