Fastenersplayacriticalroleonstiffnessandstrengthonthevehicleframeassembly,whichinclusealotofboltsandrivets.Thenumberandconfigurationoffastenersmaycauseagreatinfluenceonframeperformance.However,thereisshortofatestandverificationmethod,whichmaybesystematic,quantitative,high-efficientandlow-cost,usingforstudyingoptimizationofconfigura-tionforfasteners,thusaquantitativeevaluationmethodoffastenerconnection'ssensitivityforvehicleframestrengthinfluenceswasver-ifiedandexploredonthebasisofanexclusionanalysismethodandcomputeraidedsimulation.Byaimingatoptimizationoffastenerdis-tributionintheframeofmedium&heavydutyvehicles,theboltedconnectionofmiddlefirstbeamonframeassemblywasfocused.Withpartitions,gradesandthegraduallyevaluationmethod,finiteelementsoftwarecalculationwasusedtodrawadistributiondiagramoffastenerconnection'ssensitivityonframestrengthinfluences.Duringtheexplorativeprocess,themethodwasadjustedandimprovedtomakepreparationsforfurtherapplicationandexpansion.
