itwillhaveaninfluenceonvehicledrivingsafetywhenitisofftrackingataconstantspeedinastraightline.Inthispaper,dynamicequationiscarriedoutandthemechanismisanalyzedwhenitisofftrackingatalowspeed.UsingthemethodofOptimalLatinHypercube(OLH),driftsensitivityisanalyzedandorderedinIsightamongthequalityofcomponents,thehardpointsandthealignmentparametersoffrontsuspension.Thenthevehicledriftedapproximationmodelisbuiltbythe4thorderResponseSurfaceModel(RSM)andthedriftprobabilityofthevehicleatalowspeedisassessedrelativelyhigher.Usingthemethodofsix-sigma,thedriftreliabilityandrobustnessofvehicleatalowspeedisoptimizedbasedonNSGA-Ⅱ,asaresult,itshowsthevehicledriftprobabilitydecreased45.56#,thesigmalevelimproved179.93#.
