Inthispaper,amodelofengine,vehicledynamic,coolingsystem,engineblock,lubricationsystemandunderhoodhasbeenestablished,furthermore,basedonenergyconservationlawontheimplementationofthesystemcouplingmodelinthesameplatformunderthecommonreal-timesimulation.Thissystemmodelcansimulatethevehicletransientconditions,accuratecalculationindicatesthepoweroftheengineexhausttemperature,coolingandheatexchange,andonthebasisofthesimulationofcoolingsystemandlubricationsystemcalculation,finallyevaluatetheperformanceandfuelconsumptionoftheengine.Toprovideboundaryconditionsforthesimulationmodelandtestdatacalibration,specialexperimentswerecarriedout,includingenginebenchtest,radiatorperform-ancetestandvehiclefuelconsumptiontest.Finally,onthebasisofacalibratedsystemmodel,theoptimizationcontrolschemeoftheelectronicwaterpump,thePWMfanandtheelectronicthermostatarestudied.Intheidealstate,theschemeofelectronicthermostatcanget3%fuelconsumption,whiletheschemeofPWMfancouplewithelectronicwaterpumpcanget5%fuelconsumption.
