Thispaperreviewsthedevelopmentoftimesharecarrental(TCR)businessmodelinChina,andanalysestheopera-tionmode,serviceprocess,vehiclesource,chargingsystemofTCRprojectsunderwaynow.Theseprojectsarealwaysdominatedbymultipleforces,suchasOEMsdomesticoroverseas,mobilityserviceprovidersandsoon.Basedonsomespecificcases,wediscussthemainproblemsoftheseprojects.Atlast,inviewofthesechallenges,thispaperputsforwardsomesuggestionsfortheexpansionofTCRbusinessmodel,includinghowtochoosetargetcities,optimizeserviceprocessandvehiclemanagement,improveoperationplanandnichemarket.
