涉外文秘专业创新型人才培养

文档摘要：当今时代，高教涉外文秘专业教育如何适应经济发展和社会改革的需求，如何加强学生创新能力的培养，已成为我国该专业教育改革的重要课题，笔者从涉外文秘创新型人才培养的现状、培养创新型人才的重要性入手，探讨该专业创新型人才培养的方法和途径。

Abstract：Nowadays,howtheForeignAffairsSecretaryMajorinhighereducationtomeettheneedsofeconomicdevelopmentandsocialreformandhowtostrengthenthecultivationofinnovativeabilityofcollegestudentshasbe-comeanimportantsubjectforthepresentreforminthismajoreducationinChina.Thispaper,startingwiththeanalysisofthepresentsituationsofthecultivationoftalentsofinnovationandtheimportanceofthecultivation,probesintothemeansandmeasuresforthecultivationofinnovativetalentsinForeignAffairsSecretaryMajor.
