文档摘要：当下,人工智能在教育领域应用取得了一定成效,智慧课堂、个性化学习等教辅工具应用为人才培养提供了基础支撑.在此背景下,智慧侦查人才培养体系和规格面临新的要求.智慧侦查人才培养面临课程思政育人不足、课程设置与侦查实践需求匹配度不高、培养方法多元融合不够、培养主体协同育人机制贯彻不明显等问题.为解决人才培养过程中存在的困境,公安院校可以通过全程化融入课程思政、科学设置复合型侦查课程体系群、深度强化战训结合、统筹优化资源配置、实行考评综合化等路径,全面提升智慧侦查人才培养质量和水平.
Abstract：Atpresent,theapplicationofartificialintelligenceinthefieldofeducationhasachievedcertainresults,andtheapplicationofteachingAIDSsuchassmartclassroomandpersonalizedlearninghasprovidedbasicsupportfortalenttraining.Underthisbackground,thetrainingsystemandspecificationsofintelligentinvestigationtalentsarefacingnewrequirements.Thetrainingofintelligentinvestigationtalentsisfacedwithsomeproblems,suchasinsufficientideologicalandpoliticaleducationinthecurriculum,lowmatchingdegreebetweenthecurriculumandtheneedsofinvestigationpractice,insufficientintegrationofmultipletrainingmethods,andinsufficientimplementationofcooperativeeducationmechanismoftrainingsubjects.Inordertosolvethedifficultiesexistingintheprocessoftalenttraining,publicsecuritycollegesanduniversitiescancomprehensivelyimprovethequalityandlevelofintelligentdetectivetalenttrainingbyintegratingthewholeprocessofcurriculumideologyandpolitics,scientificallysettingupcompoundinvestigationcoursesystemgroup,deeplystrengtheningthecombinationofcombattraining,coordinatingandoptimizingresourceallocation,andimplementingcomprehensiveevaluationandotherpaths.
