文档摘要：氢能是实现碳中和的重要路径,是国家战略的重点推进方向,也是企业未来布局的重点领域.我国氢能产业发展具备一定基础,从生产端看,我国是全球最大的制氢国;从消费端看,我国氢能消费潜力巨大.当前我国氢能产业发展取得了一些成绩,顶层制度建设不断完善,配套财政金融支持稳步发展,氢能产业链相对完整,各企业相继布局氢能发展.但氢能产业发展未来还面临投资缺口大、核心技术有待突破、终端应用场景有待拓展等问题.绿色金融作为支持清洁能源发展的重要抓手,将在助力氢能产业发展中发挥重要的作用.
Abstract：Hydrogenenergyisanimportantpathtoachievecarbonneutrality,whichisthekeydirectionfornationalstrategyandthekeyareaforthefuturelayoutoftheenterprise.ThedevelopmentofChina'shydrogenenergyindustryhasacertainfoundation.Fromtheproductionside,Chinaisthelargesthydrogenproducingcountry;fromtheconsumptionside,Chinahasenormouspotentialforhydrogenenergyconsumption.Atpresent,Chinahasmadesomeachievementsinthedevelopmentofhydrogenenergy,withthecontinuousimprovementoftop-levelinstitutionalconstructionandthedevelopmentofsupportingfiscalandfinancialsupport.Thehydrogenenergyindustrychainisrelativelycomplete,andvariousenterpriseshavesuccessivelylaidouthydrogenenergydevelopment.However,thefuturedevelopmentofhydrogenenergystillfacesproblemssuchasalargeinvestmentgap,theneedforbreakthroughsincoretechnology,andtheneedtoexpandterminalapplicationscenarios.Asanimportantstartingpointforsupportingthedevelopmentofcleanenergy,greenfinancewillplayanecessaryroleinsupportinghydrogenenergydevelopment.
