Abstract：GB4343.1isamandatorynationalstandard,whichisalsoanimportantapplicablestandardfortherelevantproductionenterprisesintheimplementationofCCCcertification,andthecompetentgovernmentdepartmentstoimplementmarketsupervision.Andthisstandardhasawiderangeofapplicationsandinvolvesalargenumberofenterprises.Accordingtothestudyofrelevantindustrymanagementregulations,tounderstandthespecificcountermeasuresofstandarduserssuchasproductionenterprises,testinglaboratories、certificationbodyandsupervisiondepartmentforthereleaseandimplementationofthenewversionofthestandard,andtofurtherdiscussandputforwardreasonablesuggestionsontheimplementationdateofmandatorynationalstandards.
