节能发电调度煤耗在线监测系统子站的建立方法及应用实践

文档摘要：随着国家节能减排政策的不断深入和城市对清洁能源的具体要求,对能源生产中煤耗的实时监测需求越来越大,在此背景下,用于节能规划的煤耗监测系统(PDAS)被开发出来.PDAS可利用技术经济指标和运行参数,实施经济运行方法,优化机组间的总负荷分配,指导运行人员调整运行方式,建立节能规划数据库,促进火电厂的安全经济运行.文章分析了国家能源集团华北电力有限公司廊坊热电厂建立煤耗在线监测系统的方式,探讨了煤耗在线监测技术,并研究了在线监测系统的设计理念和总体结构,进一步说明了在线监测的数据构成及关键技术和系统配置.

Abstract：Withthedeepeningofnationalenergyconservationandemissionreductionpoliciesandthespecificrequirementsofcitiesforcleanenergy,thedemandforreal-timemonitoringofcoalconsumptioninenergyproductionisgrowing.Inthiscontext,thecoalconsumptionmonitoringsystem(PDAS)forenergyconservationplanninghasbeendeveloped.PDAScanutilizetechnicalandeconomicindicatorsandoperatingparameterstoimplementeconomicoperationmethods,optimizethetotalloaddistributionbetweenunits,guideoperatorstoadjustoperatingmethods,establishanenergy-savingplanningdatabase,andpromotethesafeandeconomicoperationofthermalpowerplants.ThearticleanalyzesthemethodofestablishinganonlinecoalconsumptionmonitoringsystemfortheLangfangThermalPowerPlantofNorthChinaElectricPowerCo.,Ltd.oftheNationalEnergyGroup,exploresthetechnologyofonlinecoalconsumptionmonitoring,andstudiesthedesignconceptandoverallstructureoftheonlinemonitoringsystem.Itfurtherexplainsthedatastructure,keytechnologies,andsystemconfigurationofonlinemonitoring.
