文档摘要：近年来,国内外学术期刊评价体系的问题不断显现,学术期刊评价是否公正已成为社会各界广泛关注的热点问题.本文从近年来学术期刊评价体系存在的问题出发,例如学术腐败与不端行为,结合已有的区块链应用实践案例,设计了基于区块链技术的学术期刊评价体系的系统框架和系统运行流程,并且分析了在系统设计与实现当中需要关注的关键技术以及相应的解决方案.本文为基于区块链技术的设计与应用提供了新思路.同时,也为解决学术期刊评价体系的诸多问题提供了新方向.
Abstract：Problemsoftheevaluationsystemofacademicjournalsathomeandabroadhavebeenemerginginrecentyears.Whethertheevaluationofacademicjournalsisfairornothasbecomeahotissuewidelyconcernedbyallwalksoflife.Herein,theexistingproblemssuchastheacademiccorruptionandmisconductintheevaluationsystemofacademicjournalswerepointedout.Andthen,combiningwiththeexistingpracticecasesofblockchainapplication,thesystemframeworkandsystemoperationflowoftheevaluationsystemofacademicjournalsweredesignedbasedonblockchaintechnology.Thekeytechnologiesandcorrespondingsolutionsinthesystemde-signandimplementationwereanalyzed,whichprovidesnotonlyanewideaforthedesignandapplicationbasedonblockchaintechnol-ogybutalsoanewdirectionforsolvingmanyproblemsintheevaluationsystemofacademicjournals.
