基于近似算法的分布参数对机电系统动态响应的频时域研究

Abstract：Inthispaper,anexperimentalstudyoftheelectromechanicalsystemwithdistributedparametersofthemechanicalpartiscarriedoutinthefrequency-timedomain.Thepaperemphasizestheimportanceofconsideringthedistributionoftheparametersandanalyzestheessentialelementsthataffecttheirdistri-butioncharacteristics.Theexperimentalsetupwasdevelopedduringthevalidationphase,andtheStrim-ServerandCANMonitorprogramswereusedfordataacquisitionandanalysis;thecontrolsystemwasalsodeveloped,describingtheprocessofcreatingthesimplestcalibrationsetup,highlightingtheprogrammingenvironmentusedtodevelopthecontrolprogramandprovidingasetofprogramsforprogrammingthecon-troller.Theeffectivenessofthesyntheticcontrolsystemwasdemonstratedinfrequency-domainexperimentsunderconditionsthatsimulatedthebehaviouroftheelectromechanicalsystem.Acomparisonwiththetheo-reticalcalculationsrevealsthatthemaximumrelativeerrortotheactualvaluedoesnotexceed10%,con-firmingthereliabilityofthetheoreticalcalculations.Inthetimedomainanalysis,thecurrentgraphisplot-tedbytheCANMonitorprogramanditisfoundthatthecurrentamplitudeincreasesto1.83timesattheresonancefrequency,whichisinlinewithwhatshouldbethecaseattheresonancefrequency.Thisshedslightonunderstandinganddesigningelectromechanicalsystemswithdistributedparameters.
